Acquisition

We take care while underwriting an asset to offer some protection for unexpected issues. We make assets in strong regions with stable growth in population, a wide range of jobs, low rates of crime, and an ongoing rent basis. We choose secure, premium assets with added value in B or C-class sectors.

Reposition

The asset will be repositioned by increasing revenue from operations by performing any necessary changes, increasing updates, fixing technical and management issues, and collecting marketplace rent while adding value by reducing costs. Investors can track their revenue.

Refinance

The investor's equity returned up to 60%, according to our plan. The renewal of the asset during the first two to three years helps investors reduce risk while continuing to receive free tax revenue.
